JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Learn our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs
• Uncover customer needs and interests, help customers navigate through our portfolio of Energy Conservation programs to understand which may be most beneficial
• Discuss eligibility requirements as defined in the terms and conditions
• Partner with program teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Route customers to the appropriate Energy Conservation program
• Document customer interactions
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Prior call center experience, prefer a minimum of 3 years prior experience in call center environment
• Working knowledge of call center practices and technology
• Polished verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills, ability to quickly establish rapport with customers
• We value bilingual applicants (Spanish)
Additional Qualifications:
• Schedule flexibility, evenings may be required occasionally in the future (until 8pm)
• Saturdays may be required in future (one Saturday a month)
